Mayo PTA Committees

Organizes the Mayo PTA's annual school auction. This fundraiser is an adult only event that features dinner and dancing, a raffle, and a silent auction.

Plans fundraisers throughout the year to finance a variety of programs and projects that create community and  enhance the learning environment for our students.

Maintains the school gardens to keep Mayo grounds looking beautiful! Works with the classroom teachers to support the outdoor classroom as an engaging learning space for our students. 

Maintains the Mayo Facebook/Instagram Page, manages the PTA Class Reps and works to make sure everyone knows about all the Mayo Magic.

Provides food and supplies to our staff, students, and families: from snacks at the PTA Meetings to making our teachers feel welcome.

Plans and coordinates community building activities and events. 

Organizes and manages parking lot fundraisers at TU games and events, raising critical funds that directly support our students and school programs.

Ensures our staff feels seen and celebrated by providing food, supplies, and special moments of gratitude.

Provides planning, fundraising, and support for the 5th grade class trip, a tradition that celebrates achievement and builds lifelong memories.
